Hi, Used Sealant Specialists for removing caulk on all my windows and recaulking plus to paint lintels as part of preventive maintenance. We had heavy rain days plus high temperature week on south facing windows and the work is holding well. The finish is clean much like original. On the interior had them recaulk the under counter sink and the back splash. It is looking clean now. I felt pricing was on higher side but I don’t feel bad about it due to quality of work appearing good and their attention to detail. I will definitely recommend them. Mr.... read more Grimmett and his colleague arrived at my home before the scheduled appointment time and conducted a thorough inspection and assessment of our window sealants and surrounding exterior surfaces. After carefully setting up and removing their ladders from our landscaping, they returned to reposition a small amount of mulch that had been displaced during the process. Mr. Grimmett provided an ‘on-site’ assessment that was easy to understand and determined his services would not be required in order to remedy our situation. Although his services were not required, Mr. Grimmett did offer insightful suggestions as to how we might proceed in addressing this matter. Sealant Specialists understands the importance of building & maintaining Customer relationships based on integrity, quality, and Customer Care.
