The crew was very careful around all flower beds and residents yard decorations, with nothing be damaged.The crew was always very neat and did a great job of clean up every night before leaving for the day. Hi, Used Sealant Specialists for removing caulk on all my windows and recaulking plus to paint lintels as part of preventive maintenance. I am posting this after 2 weeks of... read more service completion to make sure it is holding up. We had heavy rain days plus high temperature week on south facing windows and the work is holding well. The finish is clean much like original. On the interior had them recaulk the under counter sink and the back splash. It is looking clean now. I felt pricing was on higher side but I don’t feel bad about it due to quality of work appearing good and their attention to detail. I will definitely recommend them.
