Hi, Used Sealant Specialists for removing caulk on all my windows and recaulking plus to paint lintels as part of preventive maintenance. I am posting this after 2 weeks of... read more service completion to make sure it is holding up. We had heavy rain days plus high temperature week on south facing windows and the work is holding well. The finish is clean much like original. On the interior had them recaulk the under counter sink and the back splash. It is looking clean now. I felt pricing was on higher side but I don’t feel bad about it due to quality of work appearing good and their attention to detail. I will definitely recommend them. I reached to Dwayne at Sealent Specialists because I had a leak in my bay window ceiling that I thought was related to my windows needing to be re-caulked. From... read more the moment I started talking with Dwayne, describing my issue, I received his undivided attention. Dwayne listened and although he didn’t think it was going to be a caulking issue, he walked me through some things to look at around my window in order to eliminate the caulk as the problem. The service did not stop there. In order to be certain, Dwayne was able to find time in his schedule to come out and do a onsite inspection.He spent a long time looking at what could be causing my leak. With his professional guidance he was able to lead me in the direction on how to figure out where the leak was coming from. This was above and beyond what I would have ever expected from him considering we eliminated caulk being the issue. Although I have not yet used Dwayne’s services for sealing, as of this post, I am planning on working with him next year. If the time that Dwayne takes with his customers is anything like the way he completes a job, I am already convinced that he will do a great job.
